Obituary of Suzanne M. Becker

Suzanne M. Becker, 74 of Shohola, PA passed away Monday, July 8, 2024 at home. Her most honored labor was being a lifelong homemaker. Suzanne also worked for Hillsdale Police Department in NJ; she was a very talented seamstress as well. She enjoyed reading God’s Word, studying and applying it daily, quilting, knitting, making clothing, walking her beloved dog Sam and spending time with her grandchildren.

The daughter of Elaine Marie (Hughes) Miller and the late Edward Sheldon Huff, she was born February 6, 1950 in Hackensack, NJ. During her school years she lived in Pearl River, NY, Stony Point, NY, Park Ridge, NJ (twice) Hillsdale, NJ, Pequannock, NJ and Ogdensburg, NJ. Suzanne married Robert (Bob) Becker in Hillsdale, NJ on December 6, 1969. Together they raised their two sons in Westwood, NJ prior to their settling in Shohola, PA.

Suzanne is survived by her mother Elaine M. Miller; two sons, Sean Becker and his wife Erica, and Beau Becker; five grandchildren Nicholas Becker and his wife Rachel, Aaron Becker, Ella Becker, Naomi Becker, Jayden Kilgallen; great granddaughter Addison Becker, brother Dr. Christopher Huff. She is predeceased by her step father Harold Miller, father Edward Huff, husband Bob and brother Stephen E Huff and Vanessa K Huff.

A Receiving of Friends will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, from 1 to 3 PM. Services will follow at 3 PM with Reverend Christopher Huff officiating.
