Praying for all the Becker family and sad that I won’t be able to attend her memorial service. I know many tears have been and will be shed. Grieving with you all and grateful for Suzanne and having been graced with the opportunity to share life with at a very personal level.

Suzanne and I were friends since 1977. We met at church where she was an older sister in Christ for which I am eternally grateful.
She was also the first person to live out the gospel of God’s grace to me by letting me live with her and Bob and the kids when I was a senior in High School.
We shared SO much of the details of our lives together. Growing in our faith and ministering to each other was the foundation of our relationship. Missing her presence and grieving her earthly absence is a given…but also thankful that God is trustworthy and all-wise, able to not let anything be wasted at what feels like an untimely and too soon passing. Grateful that we will share eternity together with our Creator and Savior, the Lord Jesus.

I remember being little and visiting Aunt Sue’s and Uncle Bob’s house in the woods. I got to bake homemade blueberry muffins with Aunt Sue after spending the morning picking them in the backyard. You inspired me with all your projects, from sewing to quilting to building miniatures. I went home so excited and got my first dollhouse kit because of Aunt Sue! Over the years, we would talk about miniatures, your pups, or your latest art project. You will truly be missed. I love you!

Suzanne and I met at Baptist Church camp when we were 10 years old. We remained friends (mostly pen-pals) throughout our life.
We did vacation together through the years. She was my rock and was always there in the background of my life. We prayed for one another and supported each other. I loved her and she will be greatly missed.

I know sue preferred to be called Suzanne but she will always be sue to me. I loved the laughter shared on all the camping trips they took me on. She was always there for me during my tough high school years whether she came and picked me up or just listened. Never judging me. I use to walk to her apt on Patterson street and share an afternoon just talking. Later she showed me proudly the progress on her doll house. She also showed me her amazing talent on quilting. I will miss our chats and her beautiful smile. Love you sue, linda
