Bill and I send our very sincere condolences learning of Steve's passing. He was such a gentle and mild mannered soul with a great sense of humor. We enjoyed working with him over the years at OTV. He definitely was taken from this earth too soon. Sending much love to Cindy and the family.

A kind, caring, and quick-witted friend. I can fondly think of 100’s of times you were able to make me laugh when I needed it most. Always able to keep your cool under pressure. I’ll never forget you showing my the ropes as the “new kid.” Sending my love and prayers to the family.

My husband Don and I were blessed to know Steve through the PBB program. I don’t think there was ever a kinder or more gentle man, always with a smile on his face. Pretty close to every Monday, he came to the store where I work with a PBB puppy by his side and moments later, another volunteer, Bill, would show up with his PBB pup if the day. He was so devoted to this organization and loved those many pups so very much. We will miss you, Steve…rest in peace; you were one of a kind. Blessings to Cindy and your family.

I worked with Tucker at FCI Otisville, we worked side by side processing inmates in to the institution , he never complained and always had a smile. I worked with his wife Cyndie also, so sorry to hear this news. I’m in Germany and will not be able to attend services. My heartfelt condolences to you Cyndie, and to the family.
