Thank you to the man that gave me a shot and hired me as a 21-year-old kid at PCCF. I knew him as Warden Caridi initially, but now as a Federal Officer over 20 years later, I know him as Rich and a friend that I had the utmost respect and admiration for. I will be forever grateful.

Bunny. Kali and I are so sorry for your loss and praise God that Richard is His child. I have been working for Samaritan's Purse on their disaster response team. We go in the name of Jesus Christ and going forward will now also go in your husband's honor and memory.

I served 12 years with Rich in the Pike County Commissioners Office. He was honest, trustworthy, and dedicated to do what was best for our County.

I’ve known Rich for 40 years, in that time I saw a man who was consistent in his walk with the Lord and his love for God, family and country. What a great legacy he has left, he poured into everyone in his path. I’m eternally grateful that he didn’t give up on me. Rich ran a good race and is now part of the great cloud of witnesses that surrounds us (Hebrews 12). One of his greatest attributes was his authenticity. He recognized he was flawed and wasn’t afraid to admit it. I can’t count the number of times he would say that only by the finished work of Christ was he accepted and redeemed by God. I love you Bunny, Alicia, Duke and Alaina and you know I would do anything for you.

Richard Caridi was devoted to serving Pike County with the best of interest of its citizens in mind. I attended the commissioner meetings for years for the newspaper and had the good pleasure to report of his leadership and get to know him. He was a great blessing. I am very sorry for his loss xnd will pray for his family.

My heart is broken. Rich was one of the most amazing men I have ever met. His stories were endless, his humor matched mine, and his love for his family was endless.
It was an honor having known him. My condolences to Bunny, his daughters and son, and to his grandchildren, all of whom he loved so dearly. Sending prayers and love to all of you.
