Obituary of Ann L. Fagan

Ann Louise Fagan (née Lynch) of Milford, PA passed away on September 9th, 2023 while at home surrounded by her family. She cherished spending time with her children, going to concerts with her husband, traveling with her daughter, and cheering on her sons’ football teams, Carnegie Mellon University and the United States Naval Academy.

 

Ann was a teacher for the Delaware Valley School District at Shohola Elementary School in Shohola, PA. Ann was a 1980 graduate of Northern Highlands Regional High School in Allendale, NJ, a 1984 graduate of Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY, and a graduate of Keystone College in La Plume, PA through which she began her teaching career.

 

Ann was born on March 2nd, 1962 in Yonkers, NY to the late Daniel Francis Lynch Jr. and Patricia Ann O’Donnell Lynch. Ann married Joseph Fagan on October 15th, 1988 in Upper Saddle River, NJ. Ann is survived by her husband of 35 years, Joe; their three children, Colleen, Jack, and Shane Fagan; her sisters Kathleen Alfaro (Jeff Alfaro), Ellen Carty (Bill Carty), and Mary Prisk (Tom Prisk); her brothers Daniel Lynch (Cindy Lynch) and Richard Lynch (Laura Lynch); her brother-in-law Ernie Hartnett; and their loving and loyal dog, Jess.

 

The family will receive friends and family for a pre-service gathering at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Milford, PA (111 E High Street, Milford, PA 18337) on Saturday, September 16th, 2023 from 9:00AM to 10:00AM. A funeral Mass will follow from 10:00AM to 11:00AM with Father John Boyle officiating. A reception will follow the Mass from 11:00AM to 1:00PM in the Parish Hall across the street from St. Patrick Church. The family encourages all to wear a shade of blue in honor of Annie’s favorite color. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org/).
