Obituary of Elaine M. Vandermark

It is with great sadness that the family of Elaine M. Vandermark reports her passing on May 23, 2022, at her home in Greeley, PA. She was 62 years old.

Elaine worked as field administrator for Turner Construction in Poughkeepsie, NY.

The biological daughter of the late Vincent Banach of Greenville, NY and the late Helen Millet of Sheridan, IN, Elaine was born on August 10, 1959 in Middletown, NY. She was married to Wayne Vandermark on April 14, 1979 in Port Jervis, NY.

Elaine leaves behind her loving husband, Wayne; son, Jason Vandermark of Greely, PA; sister, Debra House of Greeley, PA and her stepmother, Helen Banach of Greenville, NY.   She was preceded in death by her son, Wayne Vandermark, Jr. and sister, Kelly Schuster.

Cremation was private at the request of the family at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford Township, PA. Interment will be at German Hill Cemetery, Shohola, PA and will be announced at a later date.
