I am so saddened by the loss of my Aunt Elaine. She and my Uncle Wayne were so good to me. She took such good care of me when I was living with her. She was always so kind and understanding, definitely a wonderful woman! I am so glad I was able to sit and visit with her before she passed. My heart hurts so much and may she Rest In Peace.

It is with great sadness I take this moment to speak of my Sister in Law Elaine. Elaine was such a nice person. She always had a smiling face and unmatched whit in dealing with every day life. The sadness comes with the thoughts of her many contributions to lifting the spirits of those she came in contact with on a daily basis and knowing that is now gone.
Her memories are the highlight of anyone who knew her and know the extremes she would go through. A quick story as an example, I remember her telling how after putting a new bird feeder on her deck after the previous one was vandalized by a local bear, as they had many in the area, she had just placed the feeder in place when the bear decided to make another raid. The feeder was on an elevated deck so the bear had to approach from beneath the deck. Well this beast didn't know that Elaine wasn't about to give that feeder away so easy and didn't expect the forthcoming reaction of Elaine. She heard the bear climbing the deck outside and she single handidly grabbed the top of the feeder and plucked the new feeder from the bears grip and took it back to be remounted in a better location.
So I say, bravo Elaine, we all miss you and grieve in our loss. May God bless you and keep you.
Your Friend and Brother in Law,
Ken Vandermark
