I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Ron at Warner Lambert. He always had a smile on his face and a funny story to tell - bringing levity and happiness to our work environment. I have so many fond memories of Ron, from working with customers to golfing at our annual WL/Celebrity event where he always tried to put me in a foursome that had a sense of humor . My heart felt sympathy to Barbara and the family.

I had the absolute honor and pleasure of calling Ron my friend. We met at the gym and shared so much wisdom and banter about all subjects of life and the world. He was one of the most genuine, kind and caring people I have had the blessing to know. He truly cared about people and never said anything negative or ill towards or about another. He encouraged me in so many ways. I trusted and respected him more than most. I am heartbroken to know the world has lost such a shining light but I'm so thankful to have called him a friend. My deepest condolences to Barbara and the family. My prayers are with you always. Thank you for sharing this loving man with the world. We are all better for knowing him.

Ron and I have been close friends for over 35 years. I still can't believe he is no longer with us. He was a truly extraordinary guy. Great husband, father, and grandfather. And while working for Warner Lambert, a real leader in the industry. Respected by his customers, colleagues at work, and friends, Ron was one of the best ever! In retirement, we spent several weekends together in New York with our wives and buddy Scott Roberts. We talked almost weekly by phone. I wanted to stay current on his hunting, fishing, and golf activities in addition to his community commitments. And I wanted to make sure that the "pioneer woman"( Barb) had some sort of wild game cooking in a big kettle over the open fire! It has been a real blessing to have a friend like Ron Demczak in my life. I will always be thankful for the time we spent together. He will be greatly missed and I will think of him often. And now that he is in heaven, he will never miss those two foot putts ever again! Jerry Gilbert

Karen and I are so saddened by Ron’s passing. He was a great friend and neighbor for over 40 years. He was always cheerful and fun to be with. Ron was a solid friend. You could always count on him staying in touch, and many of us will miss his daily emails and regular phone calls. I will always cherish the memories of many golf games and tournaments with Ron. Also not to be forgotten were the times we dined on mussels and pizza at old Mount Haven. Rest in peace old friend, you will not be forgotten.

Ron was great colleague at Warner Lambert .Always upbeat and willing to do anything for you .In fact at one of our celebrity golf events (which he organized flawlessly for many years) I asked him if he could get an autograph from Joe DiMaggio for my newly born grandson .He not only got that one but made sure my 2nd grandson got an autograph the following year .Joe D was a private person but Ron had a special relationship with him and Joe only would play in these events with him .Ron liked people and they liked him back even if they were a famous celebrity .Your dad will be missed may he RIP . A true friend and Warner Lambert colleague for decades. Ron was so genuine and real. A great storyteller with a marvelous sense of humor. He always had a kind word and was so good at staying in touch. He enriched our lives and will be missed.

Bill and are lost for words Barbara. You and Ron were our first friends when when we moved to Pennsylvania. Ron was my work out and running buddy at bodies in balance. He always welcomed people with his warm friendship and personality, as if he knew them forever...and of course his very definite restaurant reviews. He will always be in our thoughts.
