Anita, I have been thinking about your parents and you, all the good times we had at the campground. I happened to google your name and Aunt Julies obit popped up. I am so sorry I am just seeing this now. So strange when I think and realize that was 50 years ago that we first camped there (1972). Time goes by way to fast and I guess as you get older, these memories just seem to mean more and more. I think back to your Mom & Dad and how welcoming they were to our family, as well as the Roberts', Terenzonis and Bocchinos. But most of all how they put up with us little brats in the store with the penny candy and snow cones!! LOL!! Uncle Petes was our second home growing up. And it was always a bonus when we got to see you!!!! I hope you and your family are doing well. We lost my Dad (Johnny Cerbasi) in 2011. My Mom is still hanging in with Alzheimers. She is final stages. Sad thing to watch. But like I said, my sister Colleen and I talk about our Uncle Petes days so often. <3
