Francis Thomas “Frank” Willoe, 76 of Milford, Pa passed away March 19, 2019 at Karen Ann Quinlan Home for Hospice, Fredon Township, NJ after a long battle with colon cancer. He was a retired Building Engineer for Mary Manning Walsh Nursing Home, Archdiocese of New York and a parishioner of St. Patrick’s Church, Milford, PA The son of the late John and Dorothy (McCullough) Willoe, he was born August 10, 1943 in New York, NY. He was married to the late Nancy Parsons Kavanagh-Willoe. Frank leaves behind four children Carrie Radice, John Willoe, Catherine Ring and her husband Patrick, Cheryl Collado and her husband Juan; Brother John “Jack” Willoe and his wife Dee; sister Joan McCauley; and eleven grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister Dorothy and son-in-law George Radice. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church, Milford, Pa.
