John R. Vaughan, 68 of Milford, PA and formerly of Long Island, NY passed away Saturday, March 7, 2020 at home surrounded by his family. He was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse and AEMT. He has served within the West Islip & Coram fire Departments throughout his life. He loved working on his cars, building things with his hands and enjoying nature. The son of the late Cornelius and Matilda (Ricciuti) Vaughan, he was born August 24, 1951 in Islip, NY. He was married to the love of his life Denise (Dominguez) Vaughan on April 17,1982. John sadly leaves behind his wife Denise; 3 daughters Lorraine Gallagher, Deborah Vaughan, Samantha Vaughan & his Son Timothy Vaughan along with his 9 amazing grandchildren Kelsey, Hanna, Anthony, Matthew, Austin, Kaitlyn, Timothy, Anthony & Benjamin. Whom he loved dearly. Services for John will be held Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Mangano Funeral Home, 640 Middle Country Rd, Middle Island, NY 11953.
