Obituary of Henry Kroposki Jr.
Henry Kroposki, of Milford, PA, passed away on Sunday January 5, 2025 after a short illness. Henry was 81 years old. The son of the late Henry Kroposki and Amelia (Chumera) Kroposki, he was born on May 9, 1943 in Goshen, NY.
Henry graduated from Monroe Woodbury High School and attended O.C.C.C where he received an associate’s degree in applied science, with a major in business management. He also attended New Paltz College where he received a Bachelor of Science degree.
He was a member of the US Airforce. After retiring as a lineman from Bell telephone, he was self employed as a distributor of outdoor power equipment. He also had many other endeavors including teaching at a prison, opening a country store with his predeceased wife, Stella.
Henry enjoyed wood working, loved to go to car shows and has many trophies for his cars. He loved his antique cars.
Surviving at home, his loving and devoted wife Sandy Krosposki, their pet dog Ryder. Also Henry's daughter, Leslie Fernandez and her husband Angel; two grandsons, Alexander and Angel Fernandez Jr. who reside in Connecticut. Special friends, Ronnie and Wendy Dibble, Henry has been a father figure to Ronnie; stepsons, Michael Felter and his partner Donna, Joseph Felter and his partner Terry, Christopher Felter and his partner Christina; special sisters-in-law, Linda Quick, Dawn Sobolewski and her husband Bob.
A viewing will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025 at the Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 W. Harford St., Milford, Pa 18337 from 10 – 12PM. A service will be held at 12PM with Rev. Joseph Manarchuck officiating. Burial will follow at the Pine Grove Cemetery, Cemetery Road, Matamoras, Pa 18336.
