Richard (Richie) Koslower, 62 of Barryville, NY passed away Friday, December 20, 2024.  Richard was a home builder and company owner of Richie & Sons Builders & Renovations (R & L Builders).

He loved spending time with his family, kayaking, taking his dog for walks along the Delaware River, and deep-sea fishing.

Richard was an all-around hard-working, family man. He is remembered by many of his clients, friends, and family members as a kind, decent, and tough man, who was so proud of his family. He will forever be in our hearts and deeply missed.

The son of the late Bernard and Zelda (DeCuna) Koslower, Richard was born on November 14, 1962, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He met his wife, Liz (Pettit) Koslower, in 1979 when they were in high school, and were married on September 21, 1985 in Jamaica, Queens, NY.

Richard leaves behind his wife Liz, daughter Nicole, son Richard, and son Joseph and his wife, Alma Sue.

A Receiving of Friends will be held on Friday, January 10, 2025, from 7 to 8 PM at the Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford Street, Milford, PA 18337. Memorial service will follow 8 PM at the funeral home with Reverend Niels Nielsen officiating.
