I've known Jeff since 7th grade. In high school he always looked out for the little guy. He was a great conversationalist, then, and recently we had enjoyed his and Kathy's company going to dinner and concerts at Bethel Woods. We always ended up at their house where we talked about everything from basketball, current affairs and construction. Jeff will be greatly missed. Kerry and Laura Orben

Jeff was a dear friend who was an essential part of our group as we grew up together through Junior and Senior High School. We shared so many unforgettable memories! Jeff was incredibly kind with a quick wit and warmth that made him a joy to be around. He was smart, funny and truly one of a kind. His loss is felt deeply, and I know he will be missed by all of us who were lucky enough to know him. My deepest condolences to Kate and their children and grandchildren. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

I have so many great memories of my friend Jeff from high school basketball and soccer and weight lifting To all the crazy things we did after school To all the hunting and fishing days all over this mountain More recently all the great dinner parties with our gang and just hanging out and laughing all night I loved to make Jeff laugh and he was a fountain of knowledge if anyone ever had a question And Kate was always such a great host She loves to entertain if it’s not us it’s her family I wil miss you Bubba Rest in peace my Friend Things won’t be the same without the big guy He will be missed by all

Jeff will always hold a place in my heart. He truly was a great guy. I have lots of fond memories of Jeff. He left this world too young. Kate I’m so very sorry for your loss and the Foss family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am so sad to hear this. I was Jeff's basketball coach when he was a sophomore. We won two championships that year and without him , wouldn't have happened. I recently connected with other players and wanted to find him. Such a great person and did so many wonderful things. My condolences to all his family. John Watson ,DELAWARE VALLEY COACH, 1971-1972

My deepest condolences to Kathy and her family. I went through school with Jeff from Kindergarten and one favorite memory was the pencil in our reading group in Mrs. Ball's first grade class. That's all I will say about that story . lol I always enjoyed talking with him because the conversations were sincere, kind , funny and surprisingly humble as well as profound. I haven't seen him much in recent years but I will always have fond memories of him.
