Ron G. Voorhees

September 9, 1955 – September 26, 2024

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ron G. Voorhees, a kind and thoughtful soul who touched the lives of many. Born on September 9, 1955, Ron graduated from Bronxville High School and went on to earn his degree from Virginia Wesleyan College, a milestone he was particularly proud of.

Ron was known for his compassion and his ability to lend a listening ear to anyone in need. His caring nature and generosity left a lasting impact on all who knew him.

Ron is survived by his loving sister, Pam and brother, Coerte. His family also extended to close friends, including Nancy Van Wort, Tom Swift, and more. Ron was the “uncle” to younger friends who could lean on him for advice and consolation.

He will be missed deeply by those whose lives he touched. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
