So very sorry to hear that Bill is no longer with us.
He and Bertha (who I affectionately called B&B) were so kind to me during my visits to Milford, especially when I spent a summer there with my Aunt Eileen and Uncle Joseph Harrington when I was just 17 years old. Bertha was great to keep in touch with cards all through the years, and it was always lovely to visit and meet up with them.
Although it is sadly the end of an era with the passing of the last of that great group of friends, it is also comforting to think of them all together again. I am sure they had quite the welcome for Bill, and he and Bertha are happily reunited.
Sincere condolences to Deborah, Joanne, and extended family on your sad loss. Thinking of you all at this time!
