Obituary of Roger A Mosteller

Roger A. Mosteller, 85 of Dingmans Ferry, PA passed away Saturday, July 6, 2024 at Delaware Valley Personal Care, Westfall Township, PA with his family by his side. He was a retired maintenance man for Newco, Inc, Newton, NJ. Roger was a past member and President of the Dingmans Ferry Lions Club, Dingmans Ferry, PA, member of the Moose Lodge #1336, East Stroudsburg, PA and served in the United States Army and National Guard of New Jersey with Honorable Discharge. Roger was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery and camping.

The son of the late Amos S. and Ann J. (Bosler) Mosteller, he was born May 9, 1939 in Dingman Township, PA. He was married to the late Joy A. (Kymer) Mosteller.

Survivors include his daughter, Dawn DeVilliers (Dave) of Dingmans Ferry, PA; sons, Jeffrey Mosteller (Cheri) of Dingmans Ferry, PA and Matthew Mosteller (Michelle Skalaski) of Milford PA; five grandchildren, Ryan Mosteller (Amanda); Megan (Mosteller) Wright (Matthew); Amanda (DeVilliers) Hackett (Steve); Kristen (DeVilliers) Sanborn (Nick); Kimberly Ann Crowell; six great grandchildren, half-brothers, Wayne Mosteller (Cindy) and Michael Mosteller (Danielle). He was predeceased by his son, Roger, Jr.; daughter, Janette; sister, Betty Lou Dugon; and half-brothers, Bill Mosteller and Kirk Mosteller.

Graveside services will be held at Delaware Cemetery, Dingmans Ferry, PA on Friday, July 12, 2024, at 12:00 p.m.
