Obituary of Ronald R. Royalty

Ronald R. Royalty, 76 of Dingmans Ferry, PA, passed away Monday, May 7, 2024 at Bon Secours Hospital in Port Jervis, NY. Ronald was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran. He was a cook in an Italian Restaurant. He then became a security specialist at LaGuardia Community College where he retired from. He loved to draw, he loved music and played the guitar and organ. His family was his greatest treasure.

Son of the late Dempsey and Mary (Carey) Royalty, Ronald was born June 2, 1947 in Manhattan, NY. He was married to Marjorie Ann Royalty whom predeceased him in 2019. 

Ronald is survived by his daughters, Donna Richelderfer and Denise Swisher; son, Brian Royalty; sister, Judith Branagan; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Ronald is predeceased by his brothers Roger, Gary, and Jack.

A viewing will be held at Stroyan Funeral Home 405 W. Harford St., Milford, PA on Sunday, May 12, 2024, from 1 to 3 PM and 5 to 7 PM.  

Funeral services will be held at the funeral home prior to the visitation on Sunday, May 12, 2024, at 1 PM with Rev. Edward Casey officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any veterans association.
