Obituary of Liam M Featherstone

Liam Featherstone Sr of Milford Pennsylvania passed away on March 20,2024.

Liam was born on May 21,1935 in Dublin Ireland to Patrick and Margaret Featherstone.

He and his wife, Moira Geraghty Featherstone immigrated to the United States on their wedding day in 1956. Moira, his wife of 60 years predeceased Liam, December 25, 2015.

Also, predeceased by his siblings Maura O’Reilly, Margaret Kinane and Patrick Featherstone.

Liam is survived by his children. Liam and Nancy Featherstone Jr; Lori and James Moran Kerri Lee and John Malzahn. His grandchildren. Danielle and Matthew Amaral, Meghan and Arthur Siurano. Chelsea and Michael Davenport, Conor and Jacquelin Moran, Madison Moran and Taylor and Zack Mormando. Elizabeth and Richard Denton and Emily and Timothy Shimer. His great grandchildren Rocco Liam, Maverick Stone and Sullivan Moore Siurano. Cooper James Davenport. Finley Navan DeBree and Ivy Moira Shimer.

Liam is known for his love of Jehovah God and family. He is also known for his master carpentry skills and took great pride in building many homes for his family. He had a great love for creation, particularly birds. These feathered creatures occupied the many shelters he built on his property and ours. He never grew tired of observing them from his kitchen window. He taught us all to love them as well. Just one more sleep our dear grandpa.

The services will be held on March 31. 2024, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 110 Pinebrook Rd., Milford, PA 18337. at 2:00 pm.
