William B. Hissam of White Haven, PA passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 17, 2020 at his home. Bill worked as a construction manager for several companies in Northeaster, Pa, and most recently as an estimator for Bognet, Inc. of Hazleton. Bill spent his spare time either reading, working on computers, or visiting a second home he owned with his brother outside Shohola, PA. The son of the late William and Barbara (Ebner) Hissam, he was born February 16, 1958 in Reading, PA. He was a proud Eagle Scout. Bill leaves behind his wife Karen (Hendershot) Hissam; daughter, Christine N. Ruehl, her husband Will, and grandchildren Lydia and Lucien of Madison Wisconsin; daughter Katlin and grandson Elijah of Freeland, PA; brother Marc D. Hissam of Bethlehem, PA; Uncle Bruce, Aunts Sharon and Janice, and numerous cousins. Friends may call at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford St., Milford, PA on Monday, January 27, 2020 from Noon to 1:00 PM.
