Linda Ross, 75 of Montague, NJ passed away, Monday, February 19, 2024 at CareOne at Madison, Morristown, NJ. She was a retired office worker for Riverview Inn, Matamoras, PA. The daughter of the late Emerson and Beatrice (Hanke) Allbaugh, she was born June 25, 1948 in Steubenville, OH. Linda was married to the late Frank Ross.

Linda leaves behind her son Thomas Carter and his wife Christine and two grandchildren Dakota Kymer and Thomas Lee Carter. She was predeceased by her son Daniel Carter.

A viewing will be held at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford St., Milford, PA on Thursday, February 22, 2024 from 10 to 11 AM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 11 AM with Rev. Keith Raser officiating. Burial will follow in Delaware Cemetery, Dingmans Ferry, PA.
