Obituary of Frances M. Snyder

Our loving mother, stepmother,  grandmother, sister, partner and friend, Frances M. Snyder will be deeply missed after her unexpected passing on Friday, December 15, 2023, at Bon Secours Hospital, Port Jervis, New York.

Frances worked as a Hospitality Receptionist at the Casino Resorts World Catskills in Monticello, New York. She will be remembered for the joy she radiated and spread to those around her.

The daughter of the late Frank and Mary Jane (Hawkins) Pruchniewski, she was born on April 12, 1961, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was married to Robert J. Snyder, who preceded her in death on June 16, 2015.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Ashley Childress and his wife Gina of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Joshua Childress of Milford, Pennsylvania; stepchildren, Melissa Cerce of Butler, Pennsylvania and Christine Snyder of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; sisters, Janie Caddy of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Tinker Pruchniewski of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; brother, Michael Pruchniewski of Florida; grandchildren, Blake Childress, Lillian Childress, Connor Childress and Logan Roxberry; partner Paul

Cremation will be privately held at the convenience to her family.
