Donald R. Daniels, 88 of Blooming Grove Township, PA, originally born and raised in Paterson, NJ passed away peacefully Thursday, January 16th, 2020 surrounded by loving family in Scranton, PA. He was a retired contractor and a U.S. Air Force Korean War veteran, Airman 1st Class. The son of the late Percy and Martha (Simonek) Daniels he was born August 21, 1931 in North Haledon, NJ. He was married to the late Linda (Dean) Daniels. Survivors include four children Denice Zaboroski, Patricia Salinas, Timothy Daniels, Dean Daniels; sister Charlene Powers, ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son Don Daniels and sisters June (Daniels) Dubeld and Constance (Daniels) Heineman. Services and cremation will be private at the convenience of the family.
