Remember as a little kid rooting for the Yankees along with Lois. Remember one year in particular, during a rough season, my Dad telling her how upset I had been at a tough midseason loss and her response, “I’d have cried too”. Will miss spending time with Lois at family gatherings.

Sending loving prayers and heart warming thoughts to my long time dear friend Patricia and family. So many years spending time with you and your Mom ...since 1970 ..trips, Thanksgiving, Christmas..Special memories and inspiration shared. Your Mom always would light of the room with her smile and her words of wisdom. May Lois forever light embrace you and family.

My memory of Lois is as a welcoming and kind soul who was much loved by her family. May her spirit continue to be a light to her loved ones and all who knew her.

Aunt Lois was my mother’s first cousin and I have very fond memories of growing up in Milford with her, Trish and Johnny. I am so sorry for your loss.

Lois came into my life when I was 5 years old. She was a constant source of unconditional love. When my Dad and Lois separated she told me “ You and I are not getting divorced”. I feel blessed to have had the close relationship I had with her. She taught me so many valuable life lessons. Till we meet again. Love Barbara Jeanne

Dear Lois,
My life would not be what it is today without you and our long conversations about life and people. You made me realize I should step back and smell and see the flowers. Seeing the flowers took on an entirely new meaning when I met you as I saw you firsthand pour all your love, attention, and detail into them. While I would see you do your work, I also noticed and appreciated how lost you were in the moments while tending to the garden. You gave me a lot of advice and applied sternness when needed, and no matter what was going on, you gave me the time, which was always in a loving manner. It was indeed an honor to have my son meet you, and the moment was priceless as you both explored your love for the Yankees. A moment I will never forget.
While Renwood is without you today, it is also more so with all the lives that still carry on your legacy.
Love You Always

Gra, you were the most kind, generous, compassionate person to anyone you met. I learned at a young age through your wisdom and advice how to treat others and walk in peoples shoes to understand their life. You continuously inspired me to want to help others. You truly were such a beautiful spirit and impacted the lives of so many! I was lucky to have you live beside me my whole life and have you as my grandma. You will always be in my heart and I will continue to spread your love ❤️ love you gra

Leading up to even a few months ago I would try to persuade, even plead with Lois to take the lift up to the second floor of our clinic when she would come but in classic Lois fashion she would merely state with a cheeky smile “I know you’re worried but don’t bother, it’s a waste! I’ll be just fine. The stairs are good exercise!” ..What a strong and beautiful person. She seeded more than just her garden. The blooms of her influence are in everything she touched and the wonderful people around her.

The great woman many of us call mom will be sorely missed. She was amazing she had a lot of inspiration a lot of knowledge and compassion. I will miss our talks on the phone. Sometimes they were long but they definitely had a lot of impact on the way. I perceived many things in my life. I'm sure she's in a great place now. And she'll be able to inspire and help a lot more souls.
