Miss Eileen and I meet when she payed me a visit at my tea room in Milford . She then delivered to me her Irish soda bread …never did I taste anything so heavenly . We quickly became friends . Fond memory’s I have of our friendship . So greatful of our paths crossing . Rest easy my friend . Sending condolences to her entire family here and across the pond ❤️

Eileen and I were fortunate to be married to wonderful men,Joseph and Alan. Joe and Alan had a good relationship professionally but I know Alan considered Joe to be a close, loving friend. Because of their bonding Eileen and I had many years of companionship. I treasure those memories. When Breda visited from NYC we all enjoyed our times together. One of my fvorite memories involved St. Patrick's Day. Alan would call Eileen to sing an Irish melody to her which delighted her. Eileen and I were fortunate to be married to wonderful men. Joseph and Alan enjoyed a good professional relationship but were close,loving friends as well. as a result Eileen and i had a companionship for many years. i treasure those memories. one of my favorites was St patrick's day alan would call in the morning to sing an irish favorite to her which delighted her. so. if all of you children,gigi ann marie,john, lisa, hear angels singing on st patty's day know your mother is sending her love to us my love to all of you at this time charlotte. s

My sincere sympathy Gigi, Ann Marie, John, Lisa and your extended families on the sad passing of your Mum and my Aunt Eily. I have very fond memories of her annual trips to Ireland everyone was so delighted to see her. You Mum and Dad made John & I so welcome when we visited the States for Gigi and Brian’s wedding, they couldn’t have done enough for us. To the Family of Eileen, We are so sorry for your loss. Your Mom was a very special Lady and so proud of you, along with all of her Grandchildren. When Dr. Harrington came to Milford I, at 12 or 13, was one of his first patients....and stayed with him until he retired. Mrs. Harrington was truly his " right hand ", and was a true lady in every sense of the word. My life was enriched by knowing them both, and now they are together forever....
