Obituary of John Cable, Jr.

John P. Cable, Jr. 74, of Dingmans Ferry, PA passed away Friday, September 15, 2023, at home.  He was a retired Sergeant with the Army National Guard and proudly served three tours in the Vietnam War.

John enjoyed spending time with his children, Kellyanne and John, as well as his beloved grandchildren, Stella, and Kevin.  John also enjoyed spending as much time as he could fishing with his favorite fishing partner, his son-in-law, Kevin.

John leaves behind his wife, Margaret M. Cable; son, John A Cable; daughters: Kellyanne Cuomo, Kimberly Cable & Maureen Cable-Butler; son-in-law Kevin Cuomo;  granddaughter Stella; grandson, Kevin; brother, Christopher Cable; his sisters-in-law, Ginny Cable & Denise Cable; sister, Bernadette Cable, along with several nieces and nephews.

A receiving of friends will be held at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford St., Milford, PA on Saturday, September 23, 2023, with calling hours from 2 to 4 PM. Memorial services and military honors will be rendered at 4pm.
