Alexis M. Znack, 75, of Westfall Township, PA passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, July 30, 2023.  He was a retired foreman for Orange and Rockland Utilities as well as an avid volunteer in his community.

Alex was a life member with Hilcrest Fire Department in Rockland County, New York. He was also a previous Fire Chief at the Milford Fire Department in Pennsylvania as well as a member of the Red Knights. He was passionate about supporting veterans. Alex volunteered weekly at the local VFW and organized local fundraising events.

Alex loved simple pleasures in life, including cooking, motorcycles, animals, and America.

Alex is survived by his children; Kimberly Knarich, Alex Znack and Cassandra Boyle; his sister, Rita Bigelow; brother-in-law, Michael Bigelow; niece, Julie Bigelow; nephew, Johnathon Bigelow; and grandchildren Nicholas Garcia and Ashley Knarich.

Alex was predeceased by his wife, Valerie J. Znack.

Services and cremation will be private at the convenience of the family.
