Obituary of Patricia A May

Patricia A. May, 67, of Dingman’s Ferry, PA, passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023. Prior to retirement, she was a meal server, beloved by all at the Andersen Neighborhood Senior Center in Staten Island, NY.

She enjoyed calligraphy, and her handwritten cards were admired by many. She had a passion for photography, and loved capturing those precious “family moments”. In addition to taking care of her family, she always found time to help others who were less fortunate.

 Prior to relocating to PA, Patty found great peace in attending Salem Church in Staten Island, NY, and singing along to her favorite hymns, as well as Christian Rock.

The daughter of the late Louis and Claire (Dailey) Jackson, Patricia was born April 28, 1956, in Staten Island, NY.

Patty is survived by her two children, son Kyle May and daughter Kelly May, as well as her sister, Mary Beth Griffith, and brothers Paul Jackson of Virginia, and James Jackson of Florida.

Family will receive friends at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford St., Milford, PA on Friday, May 19, 2023, from 12 to 2 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home May 19, 2023 at 2 PM with Rev. Keith Raser officiating.
