Obituary of Frederick Michael Daley Jr.

It is with great sadness that the family of Frederick Michael Daley, Jr. share the news of his passing on April 8, 2023. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother.

Fred enjoyed playing golf, hunting, and fishing. Among all, his greatest joy was spending time with his family.

The son of the late Frederick and Edna (Braen) Daley, Sr. he was born on August 19, 1938, in Paterson, NJ. He was married to Susan (Findlay) Daley for 54 years where they resided in Bergen County, NJ, before relocating to Milford, PA.

Fred leaves behind his loving wife, Sue: children, Frederick Michael Daley III, his wife Mary Ann of Forked River, NJ, Kerry Anne Daley, her partner, Graeme Smith of Portsmouth, RI, Jennifer Lynn Schneider, her husband David of Ringwood, NJ, and Robert Findlay Daley, his wife Julia of Saratoga Springs, NY; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; siblings, Barbara Tillson, Philip Daley, Virginia Crawford, Edward Daley, and Karen Freedman and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Rosemary Anne Daley.

Cremation was private at the request of the family and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
