Don and I had many conversations regarding cars from the good old days and how special those times were and how unique those antique cars will always be! Oh what fond memories! Many happy recollections from Christmas Eve Wigilia traditional dinners and the time the mushroom soup got burnt. Don would always tease my wife Lorraine (Joan’s younger sister) over that memorable Christmas Eve. We will miss you dearly and you will always be dear to our hearts! My strongest memory was of Uncle Don( also my godfather) was his gentle chiding of my younger brother when he’d broken his arm and wore a bread bag when he went into the pool From then on he called Stephen Wonder bread but it was done gently. I also remember a very sweet time spent at his parents, making rock candy. I also admire him for the way his children have placed such a priority on their children because as the saying goes chickens don’t have ducks

My Daddy. There are too many memories to list! Your smile on my wedding day knowing I would be taken care of as I was going to build a life with a good man. The joy on your face when you found out you would become a Poppy for the first time. Fun on vacations. Singing with you in the kitchen (or wherever we happened to be). Serious talks between us. The list just goes on. You are forever with me and mine. Always so accepting of everyone brought into your life. I love you always and forever. -Junie (Sis)
