Obituary of Arthur MacBurney

Arthur H. MacBurney, 87 years old, of Hemlock Farms, PA, passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Delaware Valley Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Matamoras, PA.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 62 years, Carol (Braga) MacBurney.

The son of Edward and Amelia (Siegel) MacBurney, Arthur was born July 16, 1934, in Paterson, NJ. He grew up in Haledon, NJ and lived in North Haledon, NJ most of his adult life.

Arthur was a proud United States Army Veteran, having served from 1957 to 1959. He began working with National Shoes, Inc. as a Stock Boy, working his way up to Manager, which included the setting up of several new stores and finished his career as a Distributor in the New York Office of National Shoes, Inc. 

Arthur was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Wyckoff, NJ. When he and Carol relocated to PA, he became a member of The Church at Hemlock Farms, Lords Valley, PA.

Cremation was private at the convenience of the family at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford Twp., PA.
