Obituary of Mary Sirel

Mary (Franks) Sirel of Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania and formerly of Bergenfield, New Jersey passed away on June 7, 2022, at her home in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania. She was 74 years old.

 

The daughter of the late Harold and Mary (Howe) Franks, she was born on April 28, 1948, in Teaneck, New Jersey. She was married to Raul “Roy” Sirel. 

 

In addition to her loving husband of 50 years, she leaves behind her brother, John “Jack” Franks and his wife, Sharon; nieces, Michelle Franks, Heather Franks Martinez and Rachel Hendricks; nephews, John Franks and Matthew Franks; great nieces and nephews, Dakota Hendricks, Christopher Franks-Ford, Sabrina Hendricks, Aaron Crosby, Jesse Micah Crosby, Azalea Martinez,  Avery Martinez, Adrian Martinez and Amari Martinez; great great nephews, Wayne and Christopher and her sister-friend of more than 60 years, Margaret Hayes.

 

Mary was preceded in death by her brothers, Harold, Michael and Daniel Franks, nieces, Dawn and Traci and great niece Kara.

 

Friends may call at the Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford Street, Milford, Pennsylvania 18337 on Friday, June 10, 2022, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.

 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, June 11, 2022, 10 am at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church,  111 E High St, Milford, PA 18337 with Reverend Joseph Manarchuck officiating.

 

Burial will follow at Delaware Cemetery, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania.
