Obituary of Charles Albanese

Charles Albanese 81, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and “uncle” sadly passed away into eternal peace on April 13, 2022 following a prolonged illness. 

 

Charles was born December 10, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Milford, PA in 1966. Charles had an innate love for life and openly shared his love and joy with all who knew him. Charles was a hard worker with an entrepreneurial spirit, he loved to cook, make pizza, sing, and dance. Charles was the patriarch of the family and took great delight in spending time with those he loved, and he was adored and cherished by his family. He was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran.

 

Charles is predeceased by his father Antonio Albanese, his mother Harriet Albanese and his sister Ellen Feldman. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years- Tina Albanese, His 6 children; Denise Davis & her loving husband Ronald, Charles G. Albanese, Joseph Albanese & his loving wife Dawn, Marilyn Albanese & her partner Christopher Cohen, Anthony Albanese & his loving wife Crystal and Dolores Albanese, sister Camille Martinez and her loving husband Frank; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. 

 

Friends may call at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford St., Milford, PA on Monday, April 18, 2022 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick Church, Milford, PA on April 19, 2022 at 11 AM with Rev. Joseph Manarchuck officiating. Burial will follow in Milford Cemetery, Dingman Township, PA with military honors.
