Obituary of Edward James Parker III

Edward James Parker III, 47, of Ocala, FL passed away on Friday, March 11, 2022, at Ocala Regional Hospital, Ocala, FL. Edward was passionate about his love for cooking and baking, ultimately making it his career.

He will be remembered for his selflessness, often helping neighbors with yardwork, chores and preparing meals.

The son of Edward J. Parker Jr and Tina (Hite), he was born on September 2, 1974, in Port Jervis, NY.

Edward leaves behind his mother, Tina Everett; son, Maverick Parker; aunt, Holly Hite; uncle, Harold Hite; nieces and nephews and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Christine M. Storms in 2002 and by his beloved Grandma Angel who sparked his love for cooking at just 7 years old by teaching him how to peel potatoes.

Friends may call at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 W. Harford St., Milford, PA on Saturday, March 19, 2022, from 12 to 2 PM with services at 2 PM. Burial to follow at Milford Cemetery, Dingman Twp., PA.
