Obituary of Lois H. Castle

Lois H. Castle, 79 of Milford, PA passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at the Delaware Valley Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Matamoras, PA. Lois was a devoted wife and mother and member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

The daughter of the late Carl and Florence (Meyer) Muhlhauser she was born November 23, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY. She was married to the late Sergeant Major Harold E. Castle.

Survivors include three children, Heidi Castle of Tampa, FL, Peter Castle of Tampa, FL, Chris Castle of Felton, PA; three stepchildren, Linda Palmer of Chestertown, MD, Jeff Lloyd of Foxborough, MA, Harold Lloyd of Virginia Beach, VA; sister, Marion Alden of Culver’s Lake, NJ; brother, Carl Muhlhauser of Milford, PA; 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford St., Milford, PA on Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 10 AM to 12 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 12 PM with Rev. Keith Raser officiating. Burial services at the Milford Cemetery, Dingman Township, PA will be private.
