Obituary of Elinor F. Schultz

Elinor F. Schultz, 78 of Milford, PA passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Belle Reve Senior Living, Milford, PA with most of her family by her side. She was a retired secretary for District Court, Pike County, PA. Elinor was a past member of the Dingman Township Planning Board and Dingman Township Zoning Hearing Board.  She also petitioned and worked with the National Park Service for horseback riding trails in the National Recreation Area.

The daughter of the late Heinrich and Anna (Beck) Todter she was born April 25, 1943 in Brooklyn, NY. She was married to the late Richard C. Schultz.

Survivors include two daughters Karen Kleist and her husband George; Laura Schultz; two granddaughters Christina and her husband Josh Alspach, and Jeanine Kleist; two great grandchildren Noah and Abigail Alspach.

Elinor loved family above all, along with her horses and their trail rides, and the several pound puppies and kitties she adopted over the years.   A beloved Mom, Granny and Oma, she will be profoundly missed.

A viewing will be held at Stroyan Funeral Home,405 West Harford St., Milford, PA on Friday, January 14, 2022 from 12 to 2 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 2 PM. Burial will follow in Milford Cemetery, Dingman Township, PA.
