Carmela and the Oliver family, I am sadden to hear that Virgil has passed on. I had first met Virgil when I worked at Ogdensburg Texaco. Then I worked with Virgil on many construction job's, Virgil had taught me all about how to wire an entire home , how to due plumbing and framing. Which I continue to do to this day because of the knowledge he had passed down to me. Virgil was a wonderful giving man of his knowledge and time. Thank You for the knowledge you taught me. He will be missed by all who knew him. Rest in Peace Virgil Frank & Lori Villecco
