Thomas V. Carroll, 77 of Hawley, PA passed away Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Bon Secours Community Hospital, Port Jervis, NY. He was a retired Elevator Service Technician for Local 1 and 3, New York, NY. Thomas had a great love for fishing and museums. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the American Legion. The son of the late Thomas E and Dorothy (Doyle) Carroll he was born December 17, 1943 in Manhattan, NY. He married Rosetta (Lotito) on October 5, 1963. Survivors include his wife Rosetta and beloved dog Coconut; children Donna Carroll, Thomas V. Carroll, Jr. and his wife Barbara; Deborah Marra and her husband Anthony; grandchildren Stephen Stilianos and his wife Cheryl, Nicholas Stilanos, Shannon Geraghty, Sean Carroll, and Jessica Marra. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place in Maple Grove Cemetery, Kew Gardens, NY.
