Donald F. Curtin, 83, of Matamoras, PA passed away on December 1, 2020 at Alliance Adult Living in Matamoras. He worked as an Operating Engineer for Local 138 in Farmingdale, NY and was a 42 year member of Protection Engine Company #1 in the Port Washington, NY Fire Department. The son of the late Fred and Anna (Baxter) Curtin, Don was born on January 21, 1937 in Port Washington, NY. He was married to Hiliah V. (Kavanagh) Curtin for 58 years. Don leaves behind his wife, Hiliah (Lee) Curtin; children, Dennis Curtin and partner Cheryl Hults of Port Washington, NY and Brian and Karen Curtin of Hillsdale, NJ; grandchildren, Colleen, Brendan, and Riley. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM Saturday, December 5, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Church, 307 Avenue F, Matamoras, PA 18336.
