William Warren DeFebo Jr., 40, of Lackawaxen, PA died June 9, 2020 unexpectedly. Born February 12, 1980 in Honesdale, PA to William DeFebo and Sharon Verill, he attended Wallenpaupack High School and Northampton Community College. He had a career as a local Mason and enjoyed spending time with his family. William leaves behind his fiancé Sarah Joyce and his children Madison, Kailey, Angelina, and Noah. William is survived by family including siblings Bekki DeFebo, Scott Cellar, Kenny DeFebo, Nicholas DeFebo, Joseph DeFebo, Katie Alvarez, Sarah Verrill and Chris Kellam; nieces and nephews Aja, Anthony, Cheyenne, Mya, Austin, Atreyu, Matthew, Andrew, Kayla, Kenny, Elijah and Dominic. He is also survived by many lifetime friends. Bill was the most loyal, kind hearted man you ever met. He would do anything he could to help out anyone in need and would brighten even the darkest of days. He loved his family and friends with every fiber of his being. His sense of humor was one of a kind and you couldn't be in his presence and not laugh. Billy was not always good at expressing himself, but you always knew that he loved you and made it a point to tell you. He is preceded in death by his mother Sharon, father William, and sister Crystal. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the family plans to hold a memorial service at a later date.
