Obituary of George R. Misenhelder
It is with great sorrow and bittersweet gratitude that the family of George R. Misenhelder report his passing on April 27, 2024, at Geisinger Wyoming Hospital, Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.
He was a loving father, pop, brother, and friend.
George proudly served in the United States Air Force Veteran during the Vietnam War.
The son of the late George John and Annie (Mink) Misenhelder, he was born on August 4, 1948, in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Donna Korth; grandchildren; sister, Carrie DeGroat, as well as a host of friends.
Friends are invited to call at the Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 W Harford Street, Milford, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, from 10 to 11 AM.
Funeral services will follow 11 AM at the funeral home with Reverend Keith Raser officiating.
The burial will be at the Milford Cemetery, Milford, Pennsylvania with military honors.
