Betty Maluk, 57, of Milford, PA passed away from a long battle with pancreatic cancer on Friday, April 11, 2026, at Newton Memorial Medical Center, in Newton, NJ. She was kept comfortable and was surrounded by love in her final days.

Betty was an Environmental Technician for Karl Environmental Group for many years and then went on to manage many different cleaning companies until she fell ill. Her most fond memories come from her time working at Pike County where she made many lifelong friends and loved helping HRC and adults with disabilities.

Some of her favorite things were the beach, suntanning, shopping, crafting, and getting dressed up to go to the casino. 

Betty was beautiful inside and out and was always there to help when someone needed it, even after getting her diagnosis. She will be missed and cherished deeply by all of those who know her.

The daughter of the late Felix Leonawicz and Jane Smith, she was born May 7, 1968, in Dover, NJ.

Betty leaves behind her two daughters, Micah and Morgan Maluk; sister, Susan Kately and brother, John Leonawicz.

She was predeceased by her two brothers, Felix and Michael Leonawicz: aunt, Mary Archangel and nephew, John James Leonawicz.

Family will receive friends at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford St., Milford, PA on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 4 to 6 PM. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home at 6 PM with Pastor Jo-Anne Winzer officiating.

Burial will take place in Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover, NJ, private at the convenience of the family.
