I believe that we do not truly die. The body may rest, the heartbeat may still, but the essence our spirit, our energy simply changes form.
Nothing ends. Instead, there is transformation, a continuation. We are not extinguished; we evolve.
In this transformation, our spirit moves into another realm a space not confined by time or the physical world. There, we continue to grow. We remember. We experience.
The lessons we've learned, the love we've shared, the laughter we've created they all carry forward with us.
It's not a goodbye, but a shift into a new chapter of our infinite journey.
Actor Michael Landon once said, "Remember me with laughter and joy, not with sadness." That speaks to my heart.
When my time comes, remember me in the fun we had. In the joy we shared. In the love that connected us. Don't wear black. Don't lower your voice. Turn up the music. Dance. Laugh until your sides ache. Hug someone deeply. Start a new adventure. That is how I'd want to be honored.
Because to me, death isn't a tragic end it's an expansion of life itself. A merging into something even greater than we can currently comprehend.
So, live now with courage, with curiosity, and with joy. That's the kind of energy that carries us forward into what's next.
