On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and dear friend, Patricia Ann Forgione, passed away peacefully at Twin Cedars Assisted Living in Shohola, Pennsylvania. She was 84 years old.

Born on September 29, 1941, in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Patricia was the daughter of the late Walter and Florence (Davis) Stark. It was in the bonds of family that Patricia found her true calling. She shared a lifetime of love and devotion with her husband, Peter Forgione, until his passing on August 27, 2017. Together, they built a foundation of faith and family that will endure for generations.

Patricia’s heart was at its fullest when surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Her "pride and joy" was witnessing the lives and successes of those she loved.

Patricia leaves behind as a testament to her love her children, Gaye E. Goodman (Joel), Suzanne Gustafson (John), and P. Kenneth Forgione; grandchildren: Alekse, Allyson, Tori, PJ, Natalie, Johnny, and Jeremie and great-grandchildren: Timothy, Ryley, Jack, and Seelie.

Patricia now joins her beloved husband, Peter, her cherished daughter, Elisa A. Kronz, her sweet daughter-in-law, Cindy Polkowski, and Patricia’s dear siblings who preceded her in death.

A receiving of friends will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stroyan Funeral Home 405 West Harford Street Milford, Pennsylvania 18337. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 PM at the funeral home.

Memorial donations may be made in Patricia’s honor to the Spina Bifida Association and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society
