We know it will happen, and no avoiding it. Somehow, it is still a shock when a loved one's life comes to an end. We can only hope that since Anthony Patrick Diorio was such a good man, that he is in "a better place" without suffering. Hugs and prayers to the Duffys and All of his family remembering him.

I will always remember the family reunion at his home in Franklin Lakes. Watching him cooking the chicken with his father’s secret recipe and trying to play bocce ball at the same time. He was a kind and generous man. My condolences to his entire family.

I can’t begin to share all the memories I’ve had with Uncle Tony over my lifetime. From vacationing with the families and sharing fun times in the ocean, to sharing him with my husband David and our own family during his visits to Arkansas, and introducing him as the Governor of New Jersey. (No one ever questioned that!). :-). His passing leaves a void in our hearts and I know my father (Dan Ringers) would be absolutely devastated. There is a new star in heaven, a BIG one with great hugs! Dee and Dave Collins

Tony was my friend, helped me build my walkway from my driveway to my front door. We fished together with Gary and others, he was a proud American and member of the US Marine Corps. He will be missed so rest in peace my friend. He is now with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Niels Schmidt

Uncle Tony was a good pal of my father (cousin Ron Sanford) their whole lives. I remember him best for his friendly and humourous conversations whenever we saw each other at family events . Even though I lived away from North Jersey since I was a youngster, when I saw him over the years, it always felt like we'd just seen each other recently. He had that easy to love personality of all " favorite uncles" My thoughts and prayers go out to him and all the family who knew and loved him. Most sincerely. Debbie Sanford , niece.
