Philip John Brown, lovingly known as "PJ," was born on May 6, 1954, in Chester, Pennsylvania, to the late Harold and Shirley (Way) Brown.

A cherished son, devoted brother, loving husband, father, and friend, PJ leaves behind a legacy of kindness and strength.

As a proud United States Army Veteran, PJ served his country with honor and dedication. After his service, he embraced his career as a Dry Wall Mechanic, where his skill and work ethic were greatly respected by his peers.

On November 24, 2025, PJ peacefully entered his heavenly home, surrounded by the love of his family.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Joanne (Wagenbach) Brown, his son, and his cherished sister, Linda Brown.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Stroyan Funeral Home, located at 405 West Harford Street in Milford, Pennsylvania, on Friday, November 28, 2025, from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 10 AM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 103 Delaware Crest, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania 18328, with Reverend Niels Nielsen officiating.

Burial will follow at the Delaware Cemetery in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania.

Memorial donations may be made in honor of PJ to the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church or The Holy Trinity Food Pantry, 103 Delaware Crest, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania 18328.
