Ruth A. Leech, 85 of Matamoras, PA, passed away Monday, May 19, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Ruth was a dance instructor at Joan Marlo Dance Studio and was a clerical secretary on the  Board of Education in New York, NY.

Daughter of the late Raymond and Ann R. (Makowiec) Conlan, Ruth was born on October 22, 1939 in Yonkers, NY. She was married to William Leech.

Ruth is survived by her sons, Stephen Leech and his wife Debbie, and William Leech, Jr. and his wife Randi; sister, Marjorie Medvec; niece, Ruthie and her husband Jim Gaulke; nephew, Seth Leech.

A viewing will be held at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford St., Milford, PA on Thursday, May 22, 2025 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, 309 Avenue F, Matamoras, PA on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM with Rev. Joseph Manarchuck officiating.
