Phyllis A. Simpson Obituary

Phyllis A. Simpson, 82, passed away on March 14, 2025, at Milford Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center after a long illness. 


Phyllis was born on January 26, 1943, in Queens, New York, the second of three children.  After graduating from Queens College, Phyllis became a graphic artist and was a co-founder of the Milford based RAP Communications. 


She was deeply involved in animal protection and rescue. 


Phyllis was predeceased by her parents, Philip and Irene Strebel, her sister, Barbara A. Linek, and her brother, John R. “Jack” Strebel. 


She is survived by her nephew, Richard Linek, Jr., and his wife, Lisa.


In accordance with Phyllis’ wishes, there will be no service.


Cremation took place at MacLennan Hall. 


Donations may be made to the Pike County Humane Society, Pike County Humane Society, PO Box 255, Milford, Pennsylvania 18337.
