On Monday, March 10, 2025, our loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend Theresa Marie Tracy was greeted into her heavenly home by her Lord and Savior. She was born on August 26, 1958, in Paterson, NJ to the late Gerald and Joan (MacKinnon) Smith.

Terri was a  parishioner of St. Patrick’s Church, Milford, PA. She had a tremendous love for the beach, collecting shells and spending time with family. There wasn’t a sunset she didn’t love. Most of all she loved her grandchildren, they meant the world to her.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of twenty years, Keith Horens; children, Larissa Yoder and her husband Jim, Christa Modafferi and her partner Brett, Cody Tracy and his wife Devon; grandchildren, James, Lydia, Roger, Frank, Ava, Ryker, Morgan, Andy and Pyper; sister, Barbara Eastburn; brother, Jeffrey Bollermann; nieces, nephews as well as a large host of friends whom she considered to be family. She was predeceased by her daughter, Fallon Tracy.

A Mass of Chrisitan Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s church, Milford, PA on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 10 AM with Rev. Joseph Manarchuck officiating. Cremation was privately held at the convenience of the family.
