Obituary of Sandra Lee Fredericks

On Thursday, February 20, 2025, our loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend, Sandra Lee Fredericks, of Glen Spey, New York was greeted into her heavenly home.

Sandra was a dedicated nurse for thirty-four years, retiring from Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center.

In her free time, Sandra could be found crafting the most beautiful quilts for local veterans, family and friends.

Sandra was a devoted and talented quilter, having been an enormous and influential part of the Milford Valley Quilters' Guild, Milford, Pennsylvania.

The daughter of Clarence William and Mary (Mikulski) Vleer, Sandra Lee was born on November 3, 1958, in Middletown, New York.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 27 years, James Fredericks; mother, Mary Mikulski; children, Susan Kowalczik, Jenna Fredericks (Tim) and Christopher Fredericks (Christy); grandchildren, Callie Fredericks and Ava Sheerer; siblings, many nieces and nephews as well as a large host of friends.

Friends may call at the Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford Street, Milford, Pennsylvania 18337 on Friday, February 28, 2025, from 2 to 4 PM. Memorial services will follow at the funeral home at 4 PM with Reverend Keith Raser officiating.
